Yo girl, I would be careful with intermittent fasting if it's making you feel weak and lethargic. Our bodies need fuel, especially when working out! A few things that may help:

- Make sure your eating window is long enough. 8 hours minimum so you're not depriving your body for too long.

- Up your calories and protein a bit on eating days. Protein keeps you full and preserves muscle. Extra calories prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

- Try bone broth. It's packed with minerals to replenish what's lost through sweat. Sip some on an empty stomach.

- Stay hydrated! Dehydration sneaks up on you when fasting.

- Try caffeine (in moderation). Coffee or a green tea can give you an energy boost.

- Supplement with B vitamins like B12. Help convert food to fuel.

- Make sure you're eating enough healthy fats like avocado, nuts, salmon. Fats satisfy and fuel workouts.

- Check in with your doctor if it persists. Could be another underlying issue.

Make sure you are taking in proper nutrition prior to the fast and staying hydrated during the fast. I'm only experienced with up to 72 hour fasts. There are still some supplements you can take while fasting to help maintain proper nutrition while not intaking any calories.

I've tried intermittent fasting before and I felt so weak after. Maybe try calorie deficit? :) You can still eat what you like, but in moderate amounts.

I just power through it and get active until my body submits to my brain. You could start with a simple walk, even if its slow. 20 minutes per day. Never skip a day.

Include high protein and fibre in diet. Exercise well no need of intermittent fasting. Avoid oily, eat salads if you wish.
