I've never been "glad" to hear of someone's death! My boyfriend had a client leave him with an 8,000 dollar bill for restoration he did on an old car. My boyfriend did the work and the guy didn't pay but had the title to the car, so, the cops had no choice but give it back to the customer. My boyfriend didn't even wanna deal with a "civil" suit, so he just took the loss. About three weeks ago, the customer was doing a shingle repair on his roof and fell off. They think he had a heart attack before he fell off but either way, he died. My boyfriend was actually happy! I was disgusted by his happiness. I didn't like him either but he had a family and people that loved him. I just don't think anything is more important than someone's life.

    not glad but relieved yeah

addicts can drain their family's/friends emotionally and financially. ofc you don't want them to DIE and you want to get help, but you also hate them by this point bc of the shitty things they've done. so now you know no one don't gotta deal with it anymore

I wouldn't use the word "glad", but I have been relieved. My mother was in the hospital for several months and not doing well. My sister and I fought with the hospital to let her go to hospice, where she could die peacefully. All the hospital wanted to do was pump her full of drugs to keep her alive, even though she was in great pain. Two days after we got her to hospice, she died... quietly... in her sleep, We were all sad to see her go, but relieved that she was no longer in pain.

I think Dick Cheney is still alive. However that might not be entirely true. When Gerald Ford died Dick Cheney was one of his pall bearers. When they were carrying his casket out of the Capitol that walked in front of a large mirror. I noticed that Dick Cheney had no reflection

Not necessarily glad, but there have been a few that I wasn't sad about. I'd be a liar if I said that I shed any tears when Yevgeny Prigozhin had his accident.

Taking pleasure in someone else's undoing is bad karma. And I just don't want that negativity in my own life.

Yes, I made a little happy dance knowing my molestor died - knowing that he'd NEVER harm another little girl. Got sad on his son's behalf tho, he was a nice kid.

I can't say that I have ever celebrated someone's death but there have been a few which made me feel that justice had been served. It was a feeling of relief.

I think I was glad when I heard Osama bin Laden died. Or at least felt that his victims had received justice in a way.

No. But I do worry that there is one person whose death i could be glad for. Yeah, my own darkness distrubs me.

I knew of a guy who was a sort of "cult leader" in the area who messed with a lot of people's lives. He eventually took his own life after he left his own cult and turned it over to someone else. In a way, it was like "closure" to a lot of people who were negatively influenced by his BS.

I have no heart and no emotion, I'm never "glad". When some people die it bring some problems when others die it bring benefits.
