I've always been in really good athletic shape naturally without playing sports and I've noticed that my weight changes really really fast. I'm talking about gaining/losing 10 pounds in 2 days. It's really weird. Is anyone else like this?
I gain and lose weight fast, but 10 pounds in 2 days is likely water weight. You are probably eating a lot of salty food and then retaining water and getting bloated. Then when you exercise you are losing that water weight through perspiration.
