Should people be allowed to practice medicine if clearly terrified of the opposite genders medical issues?

My local urgent care lost one of those rare special people who had years of experience both in the ER and outpost care. She had a knack of watching you as you settled in and started explaining your problems and nailing the cause. Carried around a laptop, listened and wrote detailed notes. Always had some thoughtful questions. She was there 8 years and decided to move out of state.

The replacement is her polar opposite. Literally twitching to have to listen to even mild woman's issues. Takes zero notes. And lies just to bolt out of the room. Relax man. It's just a prescription renewal. My listed doctor won't see me until June... so this is what I have to deal with. Report the guy or go stalking my old UC professional. I'm all out of frequent flyer miles at the moment. 😏
