Best diet that worked for you?

Ok I go back to school the 23rd of January. I gained like 10 15 pounds over the semester. the last three weeks of finals I literally just sat on my ass and did work. and on top of it got sick the last week so I was in bed. anyways I need to get down a size or two.

does anyone know what kind of a diet I should do that worked for you in the past. And I don't care about if you cut down to much you gain it back I know you do but I want to lose it then keep going to the gym and eating right I have done it before this time I don't wan to do low carb really it worked fast but I am sick of it. SO any ideas? I am 5'1 and I don't know about 145 pounds now :( grosss... I am good at around 130 125..i have a lot of muscle so at that weight I look fine to me.

ok thanks. I don't have a problem with working out I always played sports I can run forever and do incline, takes about a week to get back to normal work outs. weight watchers I tried I don't like it at all, just not for me.

I am going to cut down on food this first week and work out so ijust feel a little better, then go on a really strict diet ..i hate diets :(
