Do I have a vitamin D deficiency? Is that why my arms got bigger after the pandemic started?

So after the pandemic when I chose self employment instead of leaving the house each day to go to work, my arms seemed to increase in fat more than the rest of my body.

Dr. Berg says weight gain in the arm area is due to high estrogen levels and he says vitamin D reduces your level of estrogen and he also says that 15 minutes in the sun equals 20 vitamin D capsules at a drug store and that you need vitamin K2 to process vitamin D.

So my lack of sun exposure might have lowered my vitamin D levels and caused my arms to get fatter while the rest of my body was slimming down.

Since there isn't too much sunlight where I live, I might have to get vitamin D through dietary sources such as meat or cheese.
