So I took the razor to my head today and shaved my head fully bald after being told by a doctor that I had a bunch of dry skin patches up top.. I shaved it with intent to keep it bald for a while and use lotion on my scalp..
But my question is this.. How important do you guys and gals think it is to use sunblock on there anytime i am outside for a few minutes?

I wanted to include this, I might just keep it bald from here on being it does feel more comfortable and it seems to help with my excessive sweating issues at times.

Treat it like you’d treat your face. Do you put sunscreen on your face just for being in the sun for a short period of time? Most people don’t. But you should definitely put sunscreen on your head if you’re in the sun for 20+ minutes.
Well this was my first time shaving it.. and it is very pale.. I don't know if the face rule applies there to much since my head that never saw the light of day is now forced to lol
Your head always saw the light of day when you had hair, unless you wore a hat 24/7. Hair does not shield your scalp from sun exposure. So it should be about equal to your face.
