What would your thoughts be if somebody said to you they felt like they were losing their ability to speak?

When I said this to my mother she told me I was probably just tired and should get some rest.

At that time I just had a case of undiagnosed hashimoto’s encephalopathy. I wasn’t tried.

Wouldn't care unless its a loved one, then id get them tested for shit like sleeping sickness or locked in syndrome precursors
