Good ice breaker?

There's this really cute girl I have in 2 of my classes this quarter (back to back), and the last time I had a class with her was last Fall. We never really talked, but we've had some encounters. Not sure if she likes me, but there's still that small chance.

Either way, I was just wondering if that was a good ice breaker, of is a bit forward?

That's a little bit strange to say.

You could try sitting by her in class and asking her a question about the class. Like, "was that paper due today?" or "have you started studying for the exam yet?" Maybe if you don't have the text and you know she does, you could ask her to borrow hers or study together. I think that would be a little bit more demure.

I wouldn't assume she likes you, she might not even recognize you or know you if you didn't have much interaction aside from a few encounters you remember on your end...

Don't say that. It's kinda creepy, to be honest. If you've never talked to her before, just start out with asking questions about the class, so you don't come on too strong at first. Once you get to talking more, maybe you can ask for her number and see where it goes from there(: good luck!

Ie: Let me tell you how this guy I see around but don't know said hello ave a nice day to me the other day and I swooned... I didn't even like or notice the dude, but him being polite made me swoon cause no one does that anymore. just keep it simple!
