It depends on the intensity. Are you coasting, or are you sprinting for 30 minutes?
Sprinting straight up burns fat, especially if you sprint for as long as possible.
Youll lose weight for sure, but make sure your diet is up to par. Cut out high fat and high sugar foods.
Try to get in around 1500 calories per day.
yeah, eating healthy is thing that will get your weight down. Exercise will help but it will also tone you which is important :)

Yes, if our diet is reasonable. You won't look like an athlete, but you'll slowly lose weight and keep it off.
