If you love fried food, then you probably need to eat a different kind of meal, not just like snacks.
Here are some healthy meals that I eat.
1. Omelettes (egg, cheese, chopped up green pepper and red onion) in the skillet.
2. Organic blue tortilla chips (they have fiber). Or chips with beans in them (fiber and protein). Or just a frito-lay tortilla chips that you like. A good rule of thumb is anything with partially hydrogenated oil or msg in it is bad for you. Microwave melt shredded cheese, and refried beans, and you get nachos. Top with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, and avacadoes. Get acquainted with cutting up vegetables, and what whole veggies look like. Get tortillas, and you can make basically anything.
3. Salads. Yippee. Salads are only good when you add nuts, dried fruit, fruit, cheese, and/or dressing. Don't get ranch, it has msg.
4. Spaghetti. Healthy pasta = barilla in the yellow box. Marinara sauce is healthy. You can chop and add in vegetables to the marinara or mix alfredo sauce in so it's semi healthy semi unhealthy. lol. You can add lots of spices too, like oregano & italian seasoning. Feel free to top with cheese.
5. Making your own pizza. Get whole wheat flour, mix with water, spread oil all over it, spread into pizza shape, and add toppings. Really healthy, really easy, really good.
Stock up on healthy snacks, such as nuts, flax seed cookies, pierre's frozen yogurt, fruit (get in the habit of eating fruit), a very little hard candies, and TLC brand bars and crackers. Applesauce, SmartPop, Yogurt, cottage cheese, dried figs, dried mango. etc.
Go for high fiber breads, and a high fiber breakfast, like raisin bran, fiber one cereal, fiber one bars, or english muffins with extra fiber.
Drink a lot of juice. Don't drink pop. You can get fizzy grape juice and there is emergen-C, which is a fizzy drink.
Hopefully I named something you like.

fruit and veg for sure. Lean protein aswell like chicken and pork.
Blueberries are really good superfood. Oats are good for your colesteral. Salmon & Tuna Steak (not canned) has Omega 3 which is good for you, your joints and your brain. Brazil nuts have lots of vitamins, minerals. Green Tea has lots of antioxidents.
Water is also very good for you.
I've lost a lot of weight, so I'm qualified to answer this question, but our question is kind of vague, so I'll try to help as much as I can.
First of all, what do you think healthy food is? You have to become aware of calories (fat, protein and carbohydrates) and how they affect your body. So you need to eat what you need for energy. An endurance runner will NEED to eat more carbohydrates than someone who is sedentary.
OK...now, the healthiest foods are probably the blandest ones unfortunately. anything non processed. Fruits, veggies, meats, chickens, etc.
To say all of a sudden ,"Im gunna start eating healthy" doesent work. You haven't been eating healthy because you don't like bland foods. Your taste buds want excitement, and whos doesent? SOOOOOO, pair unprocessed foods with spices and healthy sauces. Chicken is bland. A little cajun spice and ketchup, its good to go.
Once you start eating good foods, you'll continue for the most part. You feel better and will start to look better as well. It does take time to get into the habit, but it's well worth it. Even eating healthy, a splurge of something "forbidden" is sometimes great too.
Good luck

Whole grain, lots of fruits and vegetables, no trans fat, and lower in fat and sugar foods are good.. =]
Also, its not good to forbid yourself from certain foods..That just makes you want it more lol. I'd let myself have a treat every once in a while.. ^^Lots of fruits and vegetables. Preferably, chose the dark colored vegetables (red leaf) and fruits (ex.blueberries) because they offer more antioxidants. Nuts (uncooked almonds, cashews,etc.)/avocados are also good for you. Overall, try eating more natural food instead of preserved food.
I like fried stuff as well but I probably wouldn't be alive right now if it wasn't for milk, ice cream, granola, and Taco Bell.
Grilled chicken, yogurt, low fat milk, salads, potatoes, lean meats, and fruits.
