What are the signs that your body shows when you are extreamly hungry?

I would show obvious signs like my hands shaking (Hypoglycemia), and my head feel dizzy.Some people doesn't show this signs,like one of my best friend,she just feel her stomach is empty and she goes weak.What about you?

My eyesight seems to get worse, and/or I find it hard to focus on specific things. It could just be my imagination -- I do need new glasses. xD But my vision certainly seems to change, and I usually notice it the most when I'm hungry. Oh, and my stomach starts to rumble. Really loudly. I imagine that is because I barely eat -- I only have a tiny breakfast, and I don't eat for another 10-12 hours. I just got tired of making stuff and taking it to campus.

I get very angry! Easy to be irritated, and so on... oh yeah and a growling stomach!

When I'm well fed I feel much better!

Hunger pains, stomach growling, and feeling really tired. And sometimes I black out... :( Also if you have over starved yourself, your body no longer show these signs, because it is eating the fats/carbs that are stored in your body for "emergencies," therefore causing you to not feel hungry anymore.

I get really hungry, and then it just kinda fades out...Instead of feeling ravenous, I just feel this emptiness in the pit of my stomach. Which is really convenient, I guess, since I'm basically trying to stop eating altogether, except for enough to keep me going.

First I just feel really empty to the point that it starts to get uncomfortable.My stomach growls and I feel lightheaded.

If I don't eat at this point, I start to feel irritable and grouchy and probably start shaking a bit. I feel cold.

Then I start to get a headache.

As the time goes on and I get hungrier I get weaker and weaker.

Ah it sucks. I eat enough that this doesn't happen often.

I start craving bad foods when I'm hungry. It's like an addiction.

Most of the time I can combat the cravings, though.

1st sign of hunger is extreme grouchiness. Then I normally just get so tired and can't focus, I just sit down and am a lump.
