When to stop eating. After 6 or 7 pm.....

try this diet instead, its great.

go vegan (no meat or animal products) for breakfast and lunch, midmorning snack is encouraged...then for dinner eat a full meal...meat, vegetables, starch, dessert.

then don't eat after dinner.

i swear you'll feel so good you'll never eat any other way.

It don't really matter as long as it's something light, and my that I mean no eatting like a hole bag of chips, or tub of ice cream.

Hmm. I haven't heard of anything related to time eating and weight gain/loss. I've been eating dinner at 10-10:30 every night since I can remember and here I am skinny as a toothpick

Ive heard some people don't eat after a certain time like 7pm because it doesn't give ur digestive system enough time to digest the food just eaten!

Eating late then going str8 to bed, the food can't digest properly! x

Definitely. Just make sure you eat at least two hours before you sleep.

the time doesn't really matter, but if you don't eat for about three or four hours before you go to bed its healthier because your body has time to digest it

well it doesn't matter if you do exersise after. these times are set because most people don't do much after 7 at night
