Rotate between hot and cold packs... Tense up where the pain is for 10 seconds, then let it go, then do it again... Bounce (idk how it helps, but if you're laying down on your stomach, it makes it go away... however it feels kind of awkward, and its really awkward if someone walks in...), lay donw, and if you have the choice, wear pads, not tampons.

hot water. don't drink cold water at all, esp not the few days before your period. it helps
From what I have heard from a one time GF, a heating pad always seemed to help. I have no idea why, but that's what she said.
Ibuprofen non-aspirin is what my girlfriend suggests.

For some reason heating pads works wonders for me. If you don't have one and you don't feel like going out get a bag of frozen vegetable and heat them up and wrapped them in a hand towel and place on your stomach. If you have someone that will go to the store for you there are Therma heating packs for cramps at the pharmacy.
first take a pain killer to your liking, than get in a hot bath than place an ice pack on your belly. I find that ice pack works better than heating pad
Icy hot or active on work really well just be careful if you're using a heating pad because I don't think you're supposed to use both. But I always do.
A heating pad can help. You can put it on your abdomen or on your lower back. A warm bath can also help.
Usually if you stay up and moving it helps. Exercising is a good thing to do on a period.
Only other thing I heard was that a good f*** really relaxes your muscles down there during that time of the month.
Boy, this makes me really glad to be a guy.A warm bath and hot tea should help.
