You don't need to lose "weight"... losing weight does nothing! It's all of the toning and muscle work that makes the pounds come off and your body look better. You already look great, but if you'd like to look better that's what you'd need to do.
You may not notice much of a difference in your weight (if anything you could GAIN weight) because muscle weighs more than fat, but you'll look much healthier.

I think you look healthy already. No need to lose weight.
Set a manageable goal, say 10 lbs, and then see how you look and feel at that point. You'll need to exercise as well as diedt, of course, to lose the love handles.
People aren't all built the same so beware of charts showing you what weight you should' be at. But certainly you need to lose at least 10 lbs to begin with.
Do a workout program like P90 or similar. You WILL lose the weight.
