What type of sunscreen do you use?

I use any that has Zinc and/or Titanium Dioxide

It leaves a slightly white residue before it gets absorbed but I think the benefits are well worth it.

I hear the rest are worthless anyhow.

Personally, I don't use sunscreen — it blocks the sun! ;) Seriously, did you know that an hour in the sun will cause your body to produce more vitamin D that the average vit. D pill? Did you know that vitamin D is one of the BEST things for your immune system?

i use like spf 45 or somethign like that.. not any specific brand.. haven't used spray in yrs.. so I don't know if that works..

Thats good. Did you know you got to apply it like 20 min. Before exposure?

ya typically 15 min bef. to let it set in or it will wash right off.

Use the kind I use. No need to wait. They effectively combat future age spots that sun causes :)
