I've been dancing (quite enthusiastically) on Just Dance 3 for about an hour a day and just started a moderate lower body strength workout yesterday so that I might rid myself of this accursed flat butt. May I also mention I'm not out of shape in the least (5'5'', just under 120 pounds), I just figure doing something is better than doing nothing regardless of health. Really, my question is how long should it take for me to gain more muscle in the ass area as I have absolutely none. Thanks! :)
