Jager Bomb (alcoholic drink). Jagermeister liquer and red bull. I had it once.. and yeah, it pumps you up. Oh but redbulls an energy drink.. I normally don't drink it. It was a tiny portion, I think. If you're out, drinking, and need energy, that's what you should get.
Orange! Oranges and orange juice are actually quite good to give you energy. Or I feel. As a kid, my soccer team would eat oranges before morning games.
Showers wake me up.
Some good, up beat music.
It's winter. Gets dark faster. I tend to lose energy also. It might be normal.
If it's starting to be a problem, you should see a doctor.

Are you getting enough calories? Are you getting enough sleep? Not dehydrated? Try eating a tablespoon of pb with a slice of wheat bread, cheese with a fruit, nuts, plain yogurt (not sugary kind), a sweet potato with cinammon (cinammon good for blood sugar), couple olives...just a few healthy snacks...
A mix on fiber an proteins and cutting out sugar and fats. Also drink lots of water

You might be low on iron levels,low iron levels can make you feel fatigued all the time,you should go to the doctor for a blood test,just to make sure.Fish and eggs can give you energy,flax,chia seeds,oats,apricots,bananas,kiwi fruit.Drink lots of water also,even try having oats for breakfast every morning and some yoghurt and try eat fruit every day.There may be a reason behind why you feel tired all the time,so see a doctor first!
Like others said, get a blood test to check for anemia (low iron levels) and mono.
Energy food/drinks:
- herbal teas
- oatmeal in the morning, egg whites
- maintain a sleep schedule
- lemon juice + water (this one is great)You should get a blood test for anemia.
