Could you be attracted to a girl who has bad skin?

If a girl has bad skin does that make you think she doesn't take care of herself?

I have adult acne and I'm working on it. I doubt I will ever have perfectly clear skin all the time as I've dealt with this problem since puberty. I also have dark circle which are hereditary because of my ethnicity.

I don't have the really bad cystic acne but my skin is still bad enough that people would notice. Lately it's more of the acne scars that give off the appearance that I have acne all over my face but I really only have a little. I could always cover it with makeup but guys always complain about makeup and being natural plus I don't want to make my skin even worse in attempt to make it look smooth and clear.

I'm slim and I have good hygiene and healthy eating habits but I just have bad skin.

I have extremely bad cystic acne and acne scars EVERYWHERE and they're dark too. Make up covers most of it but you can definitely tell my skin sucks. My boyfriend doesn't care and says I'm beautiful without make up (huge confidence/self-esteem boost, as I've been dealing with this since puberty too) and he knows I can't really do anything more to make the acne and scars go away (I'm on medication for it but it doesn't do much).
