if so which one?
Did it work?
was it a waste of money?
The best like tv workout DVD I've ever tried would have to be Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (Jillian is the trainer off from the biggest loser she WILL kick your ass but its only for 20 minutes) regardless of what physical condition your in you should try to go into it as far as you can. its intense but it will get you results if your following a diet plan. ( Weight watchers is good I would recommend just buy a cookbook from them tho its cheaper than being on the program.
The TV advertised things may make you lose weight BUT chances are it would be for a long period of time its a "quick fix" that only lasts a little while and comes back faster and more. Drink plenty of water that right there will make you lose a few pounds if they are there to lose. and EAT OFTEN every 3-4 hours have a snack instead of having large meals. this will fuel your body instead of overstocking it and it will seem like you get to eat more.
I hope I helped even if it was only a little bit. Don't waste any money on the highly overpriced things on TV. Best of luck message me anytime
try that P90X... either that or that 10-Minute Trainer. They are real good
Just counting calories really helps. Keep a log for one week of everything you put into your mouth, you will be superised on how many extra calories you eat each day, I know I was! I used caloriecount.about.com online calorie counter and I lost about 20 pounds with it. It is free and all you have to do is type in the name of the food you eat, the amount and it does the math for you. You can also put in your current weight/height and goal weight and it will figure out a good number of calories for you to eat to get maximum weight loss. It will also give you a date to reach your goal weight. My daily calories were 1620 but I ate slighty less and lost my weight a month sooner than perdicted! Give it a try, it REALLY HELPS!
When it comes to dieting, the only thing that really works is a diet that is balanced, low in the nasty fats (keep some of the good ones, though), and a calorie intake that is not too high, not too low. You can find plenty of websites that will calculate the needed caloric intake for you, and then suggest a meal plan.
But TV diets? Waste. They're fad diets, and usually they'll result in a little weight loss that will pop back up sometime soon.

I agree with the previous poster. Eating right and exercising is the only way to loose weight. All of those TV diets are a bunch of malarkey.
