Please name three (3) supplements that you use, that you recommend others to consume as well for overall health.
here are my three (3) supplements/herbs:
*multivitamin (I use a mens' formula; a standard WalMart/Target one is good enough imo)
*protein powder (I recommend Dymatize brand; if not, for basic health a basic cheap one is sufficient for simple protein intake)
*basil (I tend to add dried basil to almost ANY savory food)
