it depends what is causing the acne. some people get acne from oily skin, others from products they use because they have sensitive skin. you could get an oil free moisturizer because you shouldn't be putting more oil on your skin unless you have a very dry skin type. if you do have sensitive skin id go for an oil free moisturizer geared towards sensitive skin. make sure on the ingredients list that there aren't too many harsh ingredients or anything you could be allergic to. I personally really like garnier's products so maybe try their line.
Cetaphil is really good. They have a few different kinds depending on if you have dry, sensitive, etc. skin.
