Could be a ton of things, smoking, vitamin C deficiency, vitamin E deficiency, the facial expression squinting cause of sunlight, or to see better, too much sun is aging you, you tan at salons or in natural sun.
Make up maybe, the foods you're eating.
You can can kiwis on your face and it will help. I'm almost 21 and I have them when I look closely into the mirror, if it's like mine you can't see it unless you look specifically for it and get close in the mirror, others can't see it.
I heard that the skin around the eyes is one of the most susceptible parts vulnerable to aging.

I have a whole feather of wrinkles emanating from the corner of my eyes and I've had em for years. Serves me right for smiling too much. I wouldn't worry about a few lines.
I'm 20 and I didn't notice any. However wrinkles you get from smiling or laughing are kinda normal. It depends on your genetics and obviously how much you laugh. They are early signs of aging, but not necessarily in a bad way
What speeds up skin aging is smoking, drinking, tanning and high sodium foods. If you do any of those it may be related to it
I have wrinkles too but they are more from my dad's genes. He had crows feet really bad when ever he smile and I see the fact that I'll have them too as a simple by product of living-because I can't change my genes.

keep the area moisturised and avoid any products that contain alcohol denat. or ethanol.
