I only use a multivitamin as a way to ensure that if I do not get enough vitamins/minerals through natural sources (food), that it's a backup in a way.
So what's the best multivitamin? One-A-Day, Centrum, Naturemade, GNC, etc? Or does it not matter?

Trending & News If you eat a variety of foods (including fruits and veggies) and get plenty of activity you shouldn't need a multivitamin. And I fully recommend getting all you need from your diet. Now if you do still want to take something any of the brands are fine. Keep in mind that there are no FDA studies done on any of these OTC multivitamins so there is no guarantee that what it says is in the product is actually IN the product. It says ___ mg of this, but really there could be none in there. Some common ones that people don't get enough of : Vitamin D and B12. Just some food for thought.
The best multi-vitamin is Advanced Supplementation, you can buy this through Puristat.com. It includes all of the daily vitamin essentials plus it includes a digestive enzyme and probiotic which are essential for your health.
I have tried so many brands and was thrilled when I found this and I have never felt better. Feel free to check out their website because it has information on all the vitamins that are included and their benefits. I hope this helps.
Is this a spambot?
If you're active and live an athletic lifestyle it's important to get one that's made for it because women who possess unusually high ratios of muscle to body fat tend to struggle with estrogen production. This is common with professional athletes. If you would say that this is you then I would go with either Women's Ultra Mega (GNC brand) or Opti-Women by Optimum Nutrition. They're basically the best multivitamins out there designed specifically for active women.
+1 for Optimum.
I don't really like multivitamins. The best vitamins are catered to your specific needs depending on your age, sex, weight, and what foods you eat. Ideally you must complement what you're not getting enough of with food. For example, if you're never out in the sun and don't drink milk, vitamin D pills are a good idea.

Except for Vitamin C, it's not proven to be effective to take megadoses and it can be harmful to take regualr overdoses of some like Vitamin D. If yoo have such a healthy diet, skip all the vitamins except Vitamin C.
I think they're all about the same. The GNC one will have some extra stuff thrown in and cost more, if its extra things you actually want it might be worth it, but probably not.
GNC Women's Ultra Mega is identical in virtually every way to Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Women
I've heard One A Day and Centrum are good, and I take the same exact one you're currently taking :) I also take focus factor, which works really well and keeps me calm in school.
You want One-A-Day Women's. Its cheap and effective.
multivitamin is hiding in the fruits and other healthy food. I am not eating pills to increase Vitamin. If you take vitamin pills, you need drink more water to digest it. Otherwise it will make you lose water. So try to drink more water and fruits~
One-A-Day for sure, I use to take it a lot in High school. GNC? Sure but there pricey and mainly a focus on protein for body building.
I really like One A Day Women's multivitamin.
I think Kirkland got the best ratings
Flinstone vitamins :)
or Centrum
