What is the best spot treatment that I can get?

So I generally have really clear skin. But I occasionally get a minor breakout. But I have such little self confidence I like to get rid of it as quickly as possible. I hide when I have one.

So to be prepared for the next time it happens, what's a spot treatment for acne that I can get that works really quickly and well?

everyone's skin is different, different things work for different people, I use orange clean (soap used by mechanics to get grease/oil/what ever else they get on their hands off) to wash my face (not just because I work around a ton of dirt) its made to take oil off of the skin, and it has pumice in it which takes off the dead skin, so its a two for one for me
