Myth #1: You need to bust your gut at the gym to loose weight.
Myth #2. Eating fat makes you fat, and a low fat diet will help.
Educate yourself about the role of insulin in the body.
When it is high, your metabolism is in fat storing mode.
When it is low, your metabolism is in fat burning mode.
All you have to do to loose weight is lower your insulin level.
The trouble is that your body releases insulin whenever it needs to defend itself against high blood sugar level. What you have to do is never bomb your blood with sugar. This means you need to reduce eating the kind of foods dense with refined carbohydrates, not just sugary food, but savoury things like pasta and bread which BECOME blood sugar too quickly. (ie High Glycaemic index food).

Losing weight is 80% diet and only 20% exercise. That's not a lot of exercise but more importantly, you need to limit food intake in a planned and sustanable way. Just 'eating healthier' may not be enough. I'd contact a support organization such as Weight Watchers to set up a planned diet that you can stick to for several months.
Honestly, it's mostly diet. Depending on your body, limiting your calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories a day will help tremendously (assuming they aren't just empty calories). Exercise will mostly help with toning your body up, but diet will drop the weight.
For me personally, if I don't diet I don't lose much weight at all. But when I do monitor my eating carefully, it just falls off me.
With exercise, do intensive cardio workouts and lots of reps of weight training exercises with semi-light weights. With going on the treadmill, do intervals. Walk one min, jog one min, run one min, and repeat it as much as you can. Raising and dropping your heart rate is gooood :)

Since dieting has already been said, you should try taking up some type of martial art, preferably brazilian jiu-jitsu or muay thai (kickboxing). It'll help your stress (if you have any, most do lol), it'll help you defend yourself, and it'll get you in great shape, i.e. lose excess fat. Good luck.
Your exercise plan is good but you will need a healthy diet to go with it. You will need to reduce your calorie intake without going crazy. You can do this and lose the weight in 10-14 weeks.
