Scar creams that are safe for use on acne ?

i had bad ance and its now clearing up. I want to use a scar cream to help fade scars from former acne. is there any products that get rid of scars and are safe to use on skin that still has some breakouts ?

Look for products that contain a small percentage of hydroquinone. That or Bio-Oil but neither really worked for me to be honest. I started using some tea tree oil products last week and that made my skin clear up some link
