There's whole milk which I think is like 3.25% butterfat. It's good for kids. 2% and 1% have that percentage of butterfat, which is also good for kids. I don't really like 2% or above. It just seems too fatty for me. I drink skim and I like it. It's not flavorless. It's smooth and goes down well. Milk with less fat still has nutrients, but the fat content is healthier for people. Kids on the other hand need fat in their diet so milk with a higher percentage of fat is good.

It's 2% of the orginal milk.
Go to the grocery store to see nutrition values of each type. Probably more reliable then off-handed guesses from other people.
The only milk I liked drinking was from my wife shortly before our daughter was born.
After that she cut me off completely.
