If I eat a midnite snack, I definitely go for something protein-heavy. I don't think eating a lot of junk food (heavy carb, moderate/heavy fat, low protein) is good to eat in general, and ESPECIALLY not at night when imma go to bed immediately after eating it.

I almost never wake up in the middle of the night and go get something to eat if I wake up, if I wake up I am going straight back to sleep. If I did I don't have a favorite or anything something quick and good is all that counts.

I usually reach for something I can gobble up in 5 seconds because I'm too tired to prepare anything (or stay up eating for a whole ten minutes.)

I go for dried fruit, papayas especially. They seem to be soporifics, put me back to sleep right away.
I have never gotten up to snack in the middle of the night...ever...even if I can't sleep, I'll get up, pace a few laps around my room, and go right back to bed. Lol. I cherish those hours of sleep.
Oh wow I'm sorry. I hate olves, even when its NOT midnight. My midnight snack would prob be blueberries... or an orange. Or anything I find in my cabinet. Lol.

I go into my kitchen and have a full second dinner. & I still wake you hungry.you shouldn't do that its not good for your digestive system. You should eat two hours before you sleep, at least two hours :)

Actually I barely eat snack at night for fit. But sometimes when I really very hungry, I eat fruit like apples!

Ew, olives? Icky. I eat anything I can find. One time I made mac and cheese because I was hungry, or a sandwich, or chips, just anything I can find :P
