Eat a lot of fruit at night, or cut up carrots with some low calorie filling.. this wil make yu feel full without too many calories. NEVER heat meat, pizza, or the like at night as a snack.

So yes ladies, the secret to losing weight is eating more...often.drink loads of water but then you have to wake up every now and then to visit the washroom ...but its worth or you can eat your dinner late ...or you can listen to a some music on your headphone while sleeping so that you can divert your mind these things do work
