How do I stop myself from overeating at night?!?! I do so good during the day and then at night its munch fest!

You're probebly staying up late at night and snacking out of boredom.

If this is the case, something with protein (like a protein shake) will fill you up for a while.

However, another reason could be that you aren't eating enough of the right foods during the day.

An athlete in training will eat 6-8 small (emphasis on small) meals a day to stave of the hungry feeling.

As Shumalikazimi said, drink more water. Hunger can often be confused as thirst in our bodies, as it absorbs water from food as well as fluids.

An natural appitite supressant like Brindle berry, or a commercial brand like Fat Blaster Max (Available in Australia), and curb the appitite.

Eat a lot of fruit at night, or cut up carrots with some low calorie filling.. this wil make yu feel full without too many calories. NEVER heat meat, pizza, or the like at night as a snack.

Eat smaller portions every 3 hours. This way you stay completely full!

Many girls trying to lose weight end up binging at night because they are so hungry and their body is DEMANDING energy!

thats not the case...I'm not trying to lose wieght. I just eat a lot at night

Then still eat smaller meals throughout the day. You can do this and then also eat a fiber bar at night BEFORE you get hungry. Plan a time. That way you will snack on something that will make you feel fuller and is healthier. And also, if you wait until you get hungry, the fiber bar may not seem all that great.

drink loads of water but then you have to wake up every now and then to visit the washroom ...but its worth or you can eat your dinner late ...or you can listen to a some music on your headphone while sleeping so that you can divert your mind these things do work

but really learn why you overeat at night... hunger boredom etc? and fix that

try eating healthier if you have guilt about it

have something you actually have to cook/prepare that takes more time/effort than chips ice cream junk food
