What's a good fat burner that I can buy in store?

i want to burn fat in my stomach but keep the muscles in my arms. what's a good fat burner? I am obviously gong to keep my work out. I just don't want to lose my arm muscles.

Of course you should exercise, and I presume you already do that.

If you need a fat burner supplement...i heard that green tea extract is a very safe way to aid fat loss w/o any drug-like side effects.

I consume 3 teaspoons of raw green tea leaves (1 teaspoon three times a day).

Not as a fat burner per-say, but as a way to remedy my seasonal allergies without taking drugs with side effects (sleepiness, dizziness, altered sense of taste and smell, etc.)

I've read about consuming green tea (in China green tea leaves are used in medicine for the past 1000+ years)...and I heard that it does aid weight loss.

eat natural. bark off the trees boost your metabolism like you've never seen before. I ate sh*t off the ground and tree bark and I lost like 40 pounds of just fat in like 2 weeks and now I'm ripped with like a 12 pack on my stomach up to my chest and my arms are so huge.

My sister used a Sauna belt, which gives a heat on the region you wrap it on and they say it burns the fat in this region faster if you're on a diet at the same time. But I don't know if it's of use or not, because she uses it just once in a month while she should use it regularly and she isn't on a diet. So she didn't see an effect yet.

I don't use supplements and I have a six pack and arm muscles.

Just keep it simple: smart dieting, weights, and cardio.

From experience , dieting is the most important aspect of losing belly fat so focus on this the most.
