Fat around stomach...

My stomach is the problem with my body. I got boobs and a butt but what throws it off is the stomach. How do I get rid of it?

I know it will take patience and time but I want to reduce the fat around that area. I know I can’t spot weight but I need suggestions or something to help me reduce the fat I’m not looking for the perfect flat stomach but something that going to look decent it hangs and I hate it. But yeah really appreciate the help ahead of time.

Yes, I'm serious. Because high cholesterol isn't as bad as you think and has little, if anything, to do with heart attacks.. despite major myths and commercial science.

I'll have you know that one person in my family has died from it, and two people have had heart attacks from it. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about.

Studies have been done with Statin that show no reduction in risk for heart attack.. indicating that reducing cholesterol levels makes little difference in preventing myocardial infarction. Now a lifestyle that causes high cholesterol might be more likely to have a heart attack.. but it is most likely not the cholesterol itself. So, I'm glad you have personal experience with heart attacks.. I know family members that have had heart attacks too.. not sure how that makes me more credible though.

"trying to convince"? You haven't even attempted to. Unless "I'm right" is a persuasive argument that I should automatically fall for. You understand the myth of "high cholesterol causes heart disease" is based on a correlation between the two right? Do you know what a correlation is? It's a relationship.. meaning higher cholesterol is associated with increased heart disease but it DOESN'T mean high cholesterol CAUSES heart disease.. correlations do not show causation.

Diet & exercise.

Also drink LOTS of water if you aren't already. Sometimes your body retains water, which can seem like fat.

Planks, sit ups, swimming, running, and yoga too. Also cut out foods that are high in saturated fats.

Train your abdominal muscles.

Although it won't reduce the fat, your stomach will look tighter and better.
