I know a lot of people can't even imagine being a vegitarian but you lose weight like crazy. I was 140lbs and then when I became a vegitarian I lost 22 pounds in 2 months. Its because you have to drink protein shakes which have metabolism boosters in them, then you have to eat nutritious foods which fill you up and barely have any calories in them such as luna bars (they are delicious and nutritious), then you have to eat tofu which has little calories in them but fill you up super fast (the brand morning star is the best). Plus you have to start reading labels to make sure there are no meat products (gelatin, meat flavoring) so you are looking at things like calories.
Trust me, meat has a lot of fat in it and being vegitarian doesn't have to be a permanent thing but you will lose weight fast so you should consider it =]

I'm actually a vegan. I just came back fromm vacation and as you know when ur chillin you tend to eat like crap. I am back on schedule with my eating habits but just looking for a little aid to do a quick fix b4 a wedding I have to attend.
my best recommendation is drinking a few cups of green tea each day, that worked better than any pills I've ever taken, plus the pills can have some bad side effects
With diet pills you may have a quick weight loss of 5-10 pounds, but the weight doesn't stay off and usually comes back with more after you quit the pills. Plus they are usually dangerous.
