i was thinking of an all jello diet but I now that's not healthy so I was thinking of not eating junk food and using jello as a "junk food" and then eating fruits as a snack (no veggies really cause I've never been a veggie person) then meats that aren't fatty or fried with crap and also a lot of water
i weigh 155 and I would like to lose about 20-25 pounds within this month and a half.
1)would it be possible to lose a majority of that in the time?
or
2)how long do you think a diet like that would take?
or
3)how much do you think I would lose in a month and a half with that diet?
