sure you will. you shouldn't procrastinate about your health. its something you should be doing everyday for the rest of your life. I always hear about these questions of people wanting to lose a certain amount of weight in a short of time. if people just kept up with it on a regular basis you wouldn't have any problems there would be a lot more healthier people in the world. its something you should strive to do, not just to impress others but to make you feel better about yourself.
and I can guarantee that you will feel better if you start eating healthy and exercise, 3-4 times a week. or more if you have the energy. also don't deprive yourself of any food, you need carb foods especially if you plan on running. foods like bread, noodles, potatoes and such. eat meats if your not a vegetarian. eat smaller meals through out the day. there's days where I wake up and ill just have a banana for break fast. I try to pack some veges with me to take to work to munch on and so on.

No, you need to fuel your body otherwise it will start to retain fat because your body thinks it is starving, which it is, and you will lost muscle because your body needs energy and muscle has the most readily available energy. You just need to eat the right portions of foods weather it is sweets or organics and exercise to lose extra calories. If you eat less than 1500 per day you are considered anorexic and losing 1-2 pounds a week is realistic. If you really want to lose weight you have to buckle down on what you eat and your exercise. Id ask a professional to help you work out a plan.
Yea, you'll probably lose weight. But that is probably the most unhealthy way to lose weight. Your body needs substance to survive. You cannot deprive yourself of that. Water and fruits are good, but your body needs fuel especially if you are going to run for an hour everyday.

yes but not a lot, you need to eat protiens to maintain weight loss, so if you do it your way, you will lose a little, but as soon as you eat again, your start putting it all back on again, aim for 4 week goals and eat healthy, not stupidly, ie just veg and water is not good, but eat small but often is, good luck,x

Yes, but you shouldn't do it, because you'll be losing both lean mass and fat, and that will permenantly slow metabolism (not just temporarily slow, which is also going to happen).
Drink only water, don't eat fruit, eat lots and lots and lots of fibrous (not starchy) vegetables, eat about a whole chicken worth of lean protein every day and do your hour running ...
And you'll lose about 2 lbs of fat plus probably 4-5 lbs of water weight assuming you currently eat carbs.
