Hire a trainer to teach you how to work out properly. A lot of people don't exercise efficiently or use equipment correctly and therefore never lose the weight for all the time they put in. Also, be careful not to eat before bed. I'd say make sure to leave at at least an hour or two after you eat (although I'm no expert, I just no this helped my mom a lot) so that your body has time to use the energy you're putting into it. That said, it's also not a good idea to exercise right before bed - your body will generate heat, and people actually have a lower core temperature when they sleep, so it'll take way longer for your body to reach that lower temperature so you can sleep if you exercise first.

well, what id do if I were you is ignore the scale.. as long as you can look in the mirror and feel good that's all that matters!just keep doing what your doing :D its obviously working if you see improvements when you look at yourself right?
you probably have one of two things happening, either you have an inconsistent diet and exercise plan which a lot of people have, you have to have a structured work-out and not just wondering around picking machines to use, and exercises to do. but I think in your case your just building muscle which of course weighs more than fat. focus less on weight and more on inches. if your losing inches where you want to lose them don't even bother weighing yourself for awhile.
