OK, those that are into fitness, I recently started working out and eating healthy like super hard core. I am working with a trainer and I am doing the workouts he is telling me to do, and I also have cut out all carbohydrates from my diet except those from fruit which I limit 2 fruits a day as well as some carbs in milk. I figure I would be shedding the lbs off super quickly, but its been 3 weeks and I have practically stayed at the same weight. Like I have A LOT to lose and I am also 24 so it should be easy, but I really have not seen much success recently. Like any suggestions?

Ok I have loss about 8 lbs in three weeks which is good but the past two weeks I've lost like 2lbs. my guess is muscle since my legs feel harder but still... Anyway ill talk to my trainer next time I meet ill update this in a week or so to see if anything changes.
