How do you get rid of acne scars?!

I thought I was over puberty :(

I normally get rid of pimples by using was facial washes(nothing fancy), and I get a dark spot and it lasts for a few days and then its gone, but this time I have one that won't go away, and has gotten bigger and darker, and I am afraid it won't go away :(

It could be getting darker do to recent sun exposure (newly healed skin from a pimple is more sensitive to sunlight) but t should fade within 3 weeks to a month. If you want it to disappear you can help the process along by exfoliating (which sloughs off old skin at the surface) and applying a gentle toner and moisturizer with spf in it. If it still doesn't go away or you want it gone ASAP you can buy spot scar treatments like mederma (but they can be a little pricey) If everything else has failed you can try dermabrasion, but honestly that seems a little extreme for the situation. Anyways good luck but just chill I think it will fade with more time and some gentle exfoliation.
