"It's really hard", well of course it's gotta be hard if you see it from that point of view. You should never focus at a number of pounds, it's complete bullsh*t. You'll just get yourself discouraged if you do that and you'll most likely stop making the necessary efforts too soon once you'll get frustrated that you're not getting the results.
What should you do then? IMO it's best to focus on getting fit than losing weight. Try to find an physical activity that you like or a routine that doesn't bore you. I lost 15-20 pounds once I decided I would get in shape, for the sake of being strong and endurant. My primary workout was swimming. I started off slow, maybe once or twice a week, 30 minutes each time. Once I got better, I felt like doing more so I increased the amount. A few weeks later, I was swimming 30-90 minutes 6 times a week. I was in excellent shape. By then, I had lost 10 pounds or so, no more. I had to work out less later on because I was too busy with school, but still managed to go swimming once or twice a week for 30 minutes. It didn't do anything but prove me that I still was fit and able to exercice despite the few workout sessions. And I didn't gain weight either when I would workout less, like you do after you stop dieting. By the end of the school session, I started running again (my 2nd primary activity) and did the same thing. It started off as 7 kms, to 9, to 11. I included some biking along with running and swimming a few times a week. I now cycle 20-25 kms at a time easily.
What's left to take care of? Eating. After doing all of this, I had still "only" lost about 15 pounds. To lose the last 5, I had to really cut down on the high-calorie stuff. I eat what I want but rarely desert (maybe once a day) and junk food (no hamburgers or hot dogs, just plain fries once in a while). That's how I went from 143 to 123 in about... 9 months. I'm 5"7' so losing more weight definitely won't happen. You might be able to reach 110 pounds if you have a slender body type but I don't. Maybe compare with what you used to weight when you were 12-13 years old. I was 121 and fit at the time, so that's how I know the "natural" low weight to aim for. If you were 120 at this age, then you know 110 most likely will be too low for you.

I am literally the same height and weight, haha,
First of all, you need to determine if you can actually be 110 pounds. For me, at 130, I am already pretty slim. I could stand to lose 5-10 pounds at the most, making the slimmest I could be 120-125, It all depends on your body type.
Focus on being healthier rather than skinnier. Amp up your workout and exercise routine and get active 5 days a week. Run, swim, bike and lift weights (yes, women should lift weights!).
Finally, nail down a healthy diet. Some people work very well with eating 5 small meals per day, others do well with 3 square meals with 2 small snacks in between, Try them both out to see how you feel. What I used to do was eat breakfast at 200 cals, then space out a 400 calorie lunch over 6 hours, then eat a snack a few hours later and have a full meal at dinner.
Cut out added sugars and junk food as well as processed and prepackaged food. Always choose fresh over prepackaged.
eat 4-5 times a day but small portions and healthy food
drink plenty of water
workout and gain some muscle since it will burn more fat
cardio workout at least 3x a week even if it is just walking for 30 min to one hour something is better than nothing
Maybe you need some motivation..go by some clothes in the size you'd be at 110. Are you willing to work and change your diet to get into them so you haven't wasted your money?

Drink lots of water
Eat lower sodium foods so that you don't just retain water
Eat low calorie food
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
Exercise daily
Don't snack constantly or late at night
If you eat carbs do it in the morning so that your body has the day to burn them offThe best thing you can do is exercise about 60 minutes 5 times a week. You should also eat healthy. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables(organic if possible) Try to cut back on your meat intake and try not to eat any processed foods. If you need any more advice or tips, just ask! Good luck
Exercise and eat healthy, instead of drinking soda or juic, just drink water all the time, it's good for you and has zero calories. Next I have a question for you, is most of your weight muscle or fat, because losing Witt if you have a lot of muscle will be very hard.
