Just about everything has carbs. Carbohydrates are essentially sugar. You need them to keep your body running at maximum efficiency. Take fruit for example very very good for you need a couple servings a day but has carbs. Veggies once again good for you but have carbs. Milk and dairy good for you but carbs. If you cut out all carbs all you have is protein and you will be missing out on vital nutrients. The best thing to do is just eat healthy.

I don't personally know a list, but I can give you what I eat when I want to go low carb:
lots of green leafy vegetables like:
cabbage
spinach
brocoli
etc
lean meats like:
chicken
fish
turkey
beef (sometimes)
tons and tons of fruit (avoid fruit juice)
beans
some nuts

Hi there, I don't personally have a list however there is a no carbs diet called the atkins diet that you could probably look up and find a list. Hope this helps. Wish you the best.
