i want to loose weight maybe about 15 pound in a month. does anyone have any suggestions that I can do? I need to fit into a size 2in a month right now I'm a size 4, I also need to tone my legs and arms because I have to wear shorts and a tank top because I'm going to island of adventure and I want to look great. I have 1 month to get into good shape. I'm not that fat or anything with 15-20 pounds lost ill look great so please help me!

Run!Jogging-works!And tone up also.Eat right,cos diets are useless-only working out helps.Atleast don't eat at evenings much,or just a little.And avoid sugar :) Get enough sleep and do not sit too much around. :) size 4 is great tho :D
Size 4 is a very nice figure, are you sure you want to slim down to a size 2?
If you're still interested, eat less fatty foods and hit the treadmill a lot more. Unhealthy diets are not the way to go got it?
If you lose more then 1 pound a week, or 4 pounds a month, your body will get in trouble and you'll get that yoyo effect.
