The faster you lose the weight, the quicker you gain it back. I understand that this is probably a temporary fix in anticipation for a wedding, so I guess diet supplements would do the chore but it's no substitution for hitting the gym, watching what you eat, and living a healthy lifestyle to stay in shape.

Be on a caloric deficit diet. Cut sugar, reduce the amount of salt and unhealthy foods. Try concentrating on whole foods. Drink water , about 4L daily. Stop drinking if you can. If you don't drink, good for you. Have a sleep of minimum 8 hrs. Now the most important part. Hit the gym. Cardio wouldn't do the deed. Strength training is a must with compound excersises. Go for for cardio in the end of the workout. I hope it helps
You could go sugar free with drinks which takes out a lot of fat that is in sugar. Plus sugar free drinks nowadays taste like the normal version just like coke zero sugar

Go go WW and follow their plan precisely and go to the mtgs. You will easily lose 20 lbs by September and it will be a healthy loss.
Ever heard of that saying never out do the bride at their wedding, I think you should take that to consideration and go the way you are lol
There isn't one thing that works for everyone at all times.
A lot of people I know lost weight on the keto diet. A friend of mine lost 20 pounds in a month.
