How do you skinny girls do it!

Don't get me wrong, I don't consider myself out of shape or overweight, but, I do struggle with keeping my figure. Some girls out there make it look so easy. Like a literally crave something sweet or salty ALL THE TIME. And not just like one candy bar, but like 5. Its baaad. Tell me your secret!

im guessing that I worded this question wrong. sorry my fault. my main point that I'm trying to get at is what can I do to control my cravings. I'm healthy, I eat well, trust me in skinny, but just like (or so what I thought) the average teenager goes through, I crave things so badly. I want tips on how to reduce those cravings and I guess in a way not want that type of food so badly. Thanks for all the input though. I've learned a lot of new things that I'm sure will definitely help me :)
