Just eating sensibly and staying active every day. Its simple. You don't have to be a hardcore gym rat if you don't want to be.
Personally, I try to eat right as often as I can and I workout most days of the week. I do succumb to truffels thoughl. However, I am about to move out and into the dorms where I will be on a meal plan so going out and buying candy isn't going to be as easy. I don't go out and buy candy bars. If I go buy sweets I buy frozen yogurt or I buy gourmet chocolate.

I think trying new foods. Eating a variety of foods will help you to be healthier. Getting away from the same old routine helps to introduce new things into your diet. It makes eating more enjoyable and gets your taste buds to appreciate delicious foods that are healthy.
This can be as simple as finding a recipe and trying to make it while incorporating a new fruit or vegetable into your diet.
Other. Start up a sport! It's definitely a fun way to become healthier. Do it with your friends or something. And on your own or with friends (either one works), you should try doing weights at least 3 days a week. (Do some research first if you're really inexperienced.) Weights build muscle as well as burn fat, and they're not too bad - much more enjoyable than something like running.
Eat slower means you'll eat less. Eating fruits and vegetables are good too and walking more is always great.

I eat 'right,' by choosing healthy foods, eating every 3 hours, drinking plenty of water, I workout and try to partake in as many physical activities that I can :)
enjoy it. I do 80/20 rule with food and keep close with the people that matter for mental health. it is all entwined. love agua, fruit, and excercise.
