I want to know some healthy meals that I can eat, because I am training to become a model..and I need some advice on what to eat and what kind of exercises should I do, to maintain a good shape
Avoid all junk foods, just empty calories with little nutrient value. Eat fruits, vegetables, eat some whole grains (not processed grains), get your protein from lean chicken, turkey, fish, or soy/lentils.
Balance between cardio exercises and weight training. Don't worry about getting too muscular though, it requires dedication and intense training and you'd need to have the genetics for it anyway. By doing weights, you get the slim athletic look without looking lanky or skeletal.
