I’m a normal weight. So I don’t want to lose any weight. And I don’t have any diseases either. I just want to start eating more healthily. I don’t have any allergies or other special dietary requirements. The only problem I’m having is a little bit of tiredness, so maybe include some items that will boost my energy levels.
