Guys and girls, can you recommend a healthy meal plan?

Guys and girls, please give details on what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks. Give me examples of a healthy meal plan for a typical day that will fulfil ALL of my nutritional requirements (calcium, protein, etc). Or post links.

I’m a normal weight. So I don’t want to lose any weight. And I don’t have any diseases either. I just want to start eating more healthily. I don’t have any allergies or other special dietary requirements. The only problem I’m having is a little bit of tiredness, so maybe include some items that will boost my energy levels. I don’t have much time/skill for cooking, so simple things only please. Thanks.
