I threw up last night, and now I'm super hungry, but I'm afraid I'm going to upset my stomach. It's already really shaky and weak, and whenever I do eat or drink, I start to feel sick. I had some crackers earlier, and an egg, and a sandwich for lunch, but I'm still so hungry!
On the liquid side tea. As for food, bananas, applesauce, chicken/rice soup.

Chicken noodle soup always did me good, even when my stomach was upset.
try the BRAT diet because that is not supposed to upset your stomach.
Toast, rice, applesauce. Peppermint or ginger tea might help too.
