This person doesn't like me, but we've never had a falling out.
We're both women although I'm much older. Is this an intimidation tactic? I would never get physical.
I work in a place where its all women, I hate to say this but there are days when our mood depends on our hormones. A woman know better than to let herself be motivated by it to talk to other people, or diz them or whatever. Clearly there is something about you that she doesn't like, it could be the way you talk to people or the way you dress. ( I know it sounds stupid, but we're women, we're OMG look at her hair so silky grrr I hate her! ) so It could be a lot of things. So if there has never been an argument or a clear statement that she can't stand you than just IGNORE HER! You are probably much cooler anyway :)
Thanks, Princess for your thoughtful response. The same person tried to silence me by saying to me when we were talking one-on-one, "you were talking and I just tuned you out. I spaced out and you were talking..." Then in the larger group would shower me with attention and praise, "I love your style..." Being older, I have an instinct to talk to her about this, but on the other hand, I don't think that she can help it.
I don't understand wtf your question is, re-read it and see if it makes any sense,
All I got was that this person mentioned that she started shooting guns...re-write your quesiton
