Your opinion on my diet to lose weight? Advice?

Breakfast eggs or omelet with fruit

Water

Banana Snack

Water

Lunch Salad

Snack fruit (apple, orange, or grapefruits)

Water

Workout one hour

And peanuts

I am not putting bread in my diet maybe once a week as a veggie sandwich. I do plan on doing slim fast next week. No sugar drinks. Thoughts?
