It doesn't feel like when you pull a muscle, it feels more like the bone is hurting and is affecting my running and just everything I want to do.
I hadn't done much exercise before running but like I said I could see obvious improvement as I was able to run 6 miles without stopping whereas before I couldn't run to the end of my street.
Has anyone any suggestions as to why my hip and thigh hurt so much, any way to help them recover quickly and any exercise that won't hurt my leg to bad but still helps to lose weight and improve my general fitness?
